We ordered a new dishwasher and fridge and we really surprised and delighted with the quick delivery of our order. We received a phone call to confirm the time of delivery and the delivery drivers were very polite. Overall very happy with the experience and would recommend this store to friends.

Bought a electrolux fridge with appliances online and have been using for a month no problem at all. Good price. Really fast and friendly delivery service.
We had a new kitchen installed and ordered a new oven and hotplates. Appliances Online were very good, with a good price and good delivery service. The oven and hotplate were installed and the hotplate worked immediately, but the oven didn't. It was a Saturday and we contacted Appliances Online. They in turn emailed Samsung. On the Monday Samsung rang and arranged for a technician to come out on the Wednesday. The technician rang 1/2 hour before arrival and fixed the oven. We are very happy with both the oven and the hotplate. The difference between what we had before and what we have now is no comparison. Everything cooks extremely well and it is economical with the oven turning off and then reigniting automatically when needed to boost the temperature.
Purchased a fridge and dishwasher at the best prices found online. The dishwasher was knowingly ordered as an out-of-stock item but a quick phone call to the company provided me with an expected delivery date for this item. Both items were delivered quickly and in in perfect order. Customer service was fantastic via both phone and email. Highly recommended business.
Bought a freezer & am very happy, paid for it on Thurs received it the next Monday, the delivery guy called in advance he was very professional, Fantastic price put a similar popular company to shame with their ridiculous prices for the same product.
